The five star Scotsman Hotel in Edinburgh has recently come back under Scottish management with new ownership. The 69-bedroom hotel has been sold to Scottish hospitality company. the G1 Group.
In celebration of this special occasion, The Scotsman decided to launch their Afternoon Tea Lounge and a group of special guests and influencers were invited to sample their refined spring afternoon tea menu.
Afternoon Tea at The Scotsman Hotel is the perfect combination of sweet and savoury, served daily from 12pm to 4.30pm. Featuring an indulging collection of seasonal sandwiches including Scottish smoked salmon, Ayrshire ham and Mull of Kintyre cheese, accompanied by freshly baked scones, clotted cream and preserves. Finished with Chef’s Sweet Platter, freshly baked cakes, pastries and Petit Fours
Complemented with a spectacular range of classic and fruit teas, it becomes even more luxurious when served with a glass of chilled champagne.
